Deliverables

  • Create and execute project work plans (Scope, Schedule, and Budget) 
  • Plan and secure team staffing needs throughout the engagement 
  • Actively work with the team to manage work assignments and deliverables 
  •  Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
  • Effectively apply Rightpoint project methodology and standards as required 
  • Prepare engagement quality reviews and using appropriate quality assurance procedures 
  • Control project risk and Right point exposure 
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction and set client expectations 
  • Assist proposal efforts including completing project scoping and SOW assessments 
  • Track and report team hours and expenses to clients on a weekly basis 
  • Facilitate team and client meetings effectively 
  • Resolve and/or escalate risks and issues in a timely fashion 
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project

Responsibilities;

  • Act as an interface between the project team and business stakeholders in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and subject matter experts/customer to establish the technical vision.
  • Elicit requirements from the customers/onsite counter parts to define and document business processes.
  • Analyze the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
  • Manage the integration of different components or modules in the scope level.
  • Prepare high level concepts and work closely with design/development team to build prototypes and POCs.

Competencies: 

  • Exhibit a high degree of collaboration
  • Solid experience with Microsoft technologies such as Dotnet, database MS SQL 
  • Experience in client side such as Angular
  • Good to have Azure knowledge
  • Team handling capabilities
  • Strong with communication and articulation
  • Related experience in sizeable digital transformation project.
  • Expertise in capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements in line with the key strategic principles.
  • Solid understanding of agile / scrum methodology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree
