This program immerses students into the daily operation of a contemporary media and technology company while working side-by-side with Comcast’s top innovators. The student becomes an integral part of the Comcast team working on creative, innovative, and thought-provoking projects within various business units.
Organization & Team Overview
Comcast’s Technology, Product & Experience (TPX) organization works at the intersection of media and technology. Our innovative teams are continually developing and delivering products that transform the customer experience. From creating apps like TVGo to new features such as the Talking Guide on the X1 platform, we work every day to make a positive impact through innovation in the pursuit of building amazing products that are enjoyable, easy to use and accessible across all platforms. The team also develops and supports our evolving network architecture, including next-generation consumer systems and technologies, infrastructure and engineering, network integration and management tools, and technical standards.
Role Description
The Communication and Technology Provider Solutions Suite within Comcast Technology Solutions includes (3) core businesses. This role will assist full time project coordinators and managers on a variety of projects within the businesses. Responsible for providing administrative and operational support for assigned projects. Goal will be to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of administrative details and coordinate diverse tasks. The role will be focused on helping execute on significant projects within the business and will require exceptional organizational skills. This role is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment that requires a “customer-first” orientation to succeed.

This role will use data to provide necessary information to form points of view or identifies issues in need of resolution. Perform market research to identify potential sales opportunities for our businesses.
Participates in portions of multiple projects at one time, providing analysis, reporting, project communications. Seeks cooperation and input in project assignments; coordinates needed meetings to gather input and meet procedural requirements.

You will be supporting three separate business lines, learn how Comcast brings their technology to the industry, including how we deliver services to other operators, technology, and communication providers all over the world.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Participates in or leads, portions of multiple projects at one time, such as, providing analysis, reporting, project communications, or training for a project.
Develops, maintains, and communicates project metrics on an ongoing basis for one or more project teams; develops project status communication presentations, as needed.
Supports project team organization structure and strategy. Assists with group administration, workforce planning, and employee/contractor ratios.
Provides operational support for project completion; assists with project plan in consultation with appropriate participants and coordinates steps to ensure participation of appropriate interested individuals and groups.
Leads project status updates to ensure progress toward completion and required procedural steps are completed fully and in a timely manner.
Seeks cooperation and input in project assignments; coordinates needed meetings to gather input and meet procedural requirements.
Provides status reports to management to keep them apprised of progress and any anticipated issues.
Evaluates technologies and gathers input to define product concepts and features. Justifies expenditures for products and develops implementation plans.
Makes product/process improvement recommendations to meet changing operational, sales and market needs.
Elicits useful insights from customers and data. Analyzes data, forms points of view, identifies issues in need of resolution.

Preferred Skills
Effective communicator
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
SQL, Python (nice to have)
Tableau development
PM experience in server migration/deployment
Reporting and Analysis
Process Documenting
Strong interest in the telecommunications, cable, and media industries.
Preferred Majors: Business Administration, Project Management, Product Management, Process Management
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027)
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Compensation
Base Pay: $32.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
