Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Unterstützung des Prozessingenieurs bei Analysen von Schwachstellen in Reinigungsprozessen von Hygienezonen in der Wirkstoffproduktion und Entwurf von Optimierungsplänen

• Unterstützung bei Erstellung, Prüfung und Freigabe von GMP Dokumenten

• Aufbereitung, Digitalisierung, Aushang und Strukturierung  von Dokumenten und internen Daten für die weitere Nutzung sowie deren kritische Prüfung

• Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei der Planung interner Prozesse

• Unterstützung bei internen Bestückungsprozessen

• Prozessbeobachtungen mit anschließender Prozessoptimierungen z.B. bei externen Dienstleistern und Fachpersonal

• Unterstützung von Dienstleister Betreuung

• Unterstützung bei Kunden- und Behördenaudits

• Unterstützung und Übernahme von Workflows in SAP

Das ist uns wichtig

• Bestehende Immatrikulation bevorzugt mit naturwissenschaftlichem/ pharmazeutischem/ hygienischem Fokus

• Vorkenntnisse aus Studiengängen im Bereich Biotechnologie sind von Vorteil

• Bereitschaft Routinetätigkeiten zu übernehmen

• Grundkenntnisse in „Good Manufacturing Practice“ wünschenswert

• Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
