Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific project requirements or managing particular phases within the product lifecycle. This role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to effectively support clients and project teams. The workday often includes collaborating with stakeholders to ensure software solutions align with business needs, troubleshooting issues that arise during development, and continuously refining processes to enhance system performance and reliability. The role demands adaptability and a proactive approach to managing evolving project demands and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to analyze complex software requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various software systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
