We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Austin. Working under minimal supervision and following detailed verbal and written instructions, is responsible for the movement of material into and out of the physical plant and for completing all electronic transactions in the EPICOR inventory management system necessary to track these shipments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Receives deliveries and verifies material against the accompanying packing slip.
Responsible for the delivery of supplies.
Responsible for data entry and lot control within the Epicor inventory management system.
Creates all production labels and ensures accuracy by reviewing most recent revisions.
Completes all paperwork necessary for the receipt and shipment of material.
Physically prepares (labels, tapes, etc.) boxes for shipment.
Coordinates shipments to customers using the EPICOR Scheduled Shipment Report
Sends and receives UPS, FEDEX and independent carrier shipments as needed.
Responsible for the facility wide cycle counting program.
Manage warehouse supplies, update quantities in Epicor and reorder FedEx/UPS supplies as needed.
Provides support to production personnel.
Maintains accurate records and documentation.
Maintains an organized and efficient work area.
Handles and dispositions customer returns.
Knowledge and Experience
Proficient with computers and computer based enterprise resource management (ERP) system.
Strong communication skills and committed to working as part of the supply chain team.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.
Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice to support customer demand.
High School diploma or equivalent.
