We seek a passionate and results-driven Medior SEO Specialist to join our growing team. As a key Medior SEO Specialist team member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for our clients/products. You will collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all marketing activities. This role requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, content optimization, link building, and performance analysis.

 

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, specifically within an agency or in-house as (commerce) SEO specialist.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, including website architecture, crawlability, indexability, schema markup, and site speed optimization.
  • Expertise in keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
  • Experience with link-building strategies, including outreach and content promotion.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

 

Desired Skills and Experiences:

  • Experience with e-commerce SEO or a value-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with various CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Contentful).
  • Affinity and experience with using AI to automate SEO tasks.

 

Big Plus:

  • Experience with SEO automation tools and processes.
  • Experience with SEO A/B testing.
