What You’ll Do

The Marketing Manager supports the Director of Marketing, Communications and PR by executing approved marketing initiatives that promote services, physicians, and organizational priorities. This role focuses on campaign execution, coordination, and performance tracking to support growth, awareness, and utilization while maintaining brand standards. This position operates in a matrixed environment across service lines, physician relations, branding, digital, and operations.

Responsibilities

Execute approved marketing campaigns across hospitals, clinics, service lines, and physician practices

Coordinate production of advertising, promotional materials, and campaign assets

Manage campaign timelines and deliverables to ensure on time, on budget execution

Partner with service line leaders, physician relations, and operational stakeholders to support growth objectives

Apply enterprise brand standards in collaboration with Branding and Creative teams

Coordinate with digital, social, and advertising partners to deploy campaigns

Support service expansions, physician onboarding promotions, and community initiatives

Track campaign performance and prepare summaries with recommendations

Identify opportunities to improve marketing workflows and tools

Manage vendor coordination for marketing production and advertising placement

Coordinate approved community‑facing activities with Community Relations or Event teams.

Ensure marketing deliverables comply with legal, regulatory, and brand requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Five (5) years of experience in healthcare communications, public relations, marketing, or organizational communications leadership.

Excellent communication, facilitation, writing, and executive presentation skills.

Strong understanding of hospital operations, service line strategy, and physician engagement preferred.
