Logistics Analyst

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Logistics Activity (Inbound and Outbound Process)
• Coordinate cross-functional action lists to achieve Logistics schedule plan
• Coordinate with 3PL / Freight Forwarder/ CSP and collaborate with WH Team
• Booking space shipment for inbound & Outbound with freight forwarder for sea/Air freight
• To support issue the document are related for logistics function
• To monitor, control and follow up the shipment to ensure goods are ready to ship and delivery on plan.
• Provide suggestions for Logistics activity to avoid any shipment delay for smooth operation
• Coordinate with 3PL / Freight Forwarder / CSP and collaborate with WH Team
• Performed miscellaneous duties which are work related as assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain / Logistics any field Sourcing
• Preference for candidates with a strong experience for Inbound and Outbound background
• Good communication skills
• Good command of English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Playing good Teamwork with good attitude for smooth operation
• Oracle system knowledge would be preferable
