Rôle & Responsabilités

Au sein du département Juridique France, le Juriste junior France assurera le soutien juridique de nombreuses fonctions de l’entreprise (telles que les Business Units, le département Médical, la Compliance, les Achats, le département Finance, la R&D etc…).

Principales activités

  • Conseil et accompagnement en matière de contrats :

·Soutenir l’entreprise dans la préparation des contrats (tels que prestations de services, collaboration, parrainage, conseil, études de marché, etc.) et s’assurer que les politiques et procédures applicables (SOP) sont correctement respectées ;

·Conseil et accompagnement dans la négociation des conditions contractuelles.

  • Soutien général aux différents départements :

·Fournir des conseils sur diverses questions telles que : la promotion des produits, les actions d’accompagnement, les programmes d’accès précoce, les collaborations avec les professionnels de santé et les organisations de santé, les associations de patients, l’intelligence artificielle ;

·Dispenser des formations périodiques à l’entreprise sur des sujets d’actualité.

  • Soutien à la R&D/aux essais cliniques :

·Rédiger et réviser des contrats concernant des essais cliniques et des études observationnelles ;

·Fournir des conseils au département R&D sur différentes questions liées aux opérations d’essais cliniques et à la réglementation, en veillant au respect des directives de l’entreprise, du Code d’éthique LEEM et de la législation applicable ;

  • Suivi de contentieux

Les projets peuvent également porter sur d’autres domaines, au besoin.

Compétences et profil recherchés

  • Diplôme en Droit d’une Université de Droit reconnue. L’admission au Barreau français est appréciée ;

  • Maîtrise professionnelle complète de l’anglais et du français (y compris les compétences en rédaction de contrats) ;

  • Partenaire fiable et collaboratif de l’entreprise, capable de comprendre les motivations et les objectifs qui sous-tendent les activités lorsqu’il/elle conseille les clients ;

  • Personne pouvant gérer avec succès les attentes des clients, travailler de manière cross-fonctionnelle ;

  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale ;

  • Personne proactive, axée sur les résultats et capable de prendre la tête des projets pour obtenir des résultats clairs et concrets ;

  • Personne se comportant de manière éthique et respectueuse des autres.
