This is a key role for running the HR activities to implement and complete the people initiatives for the Izmir plant and all corporate functions in Turkey. You will be directly reporting to Senior HR Manager - MEA and acting as a strategic and transparent partner to the business leaders, driving their people strategy to deliver the strategic objectives.

You will provide expertise for the full scope of the HR function including employee onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, reward, talent management, monthly payroll (in collaboration with payroll provider company) and reporting activities, talent development and interpersonal design and change.

How you will do it 

As an HRBP, you will be responsible for leading/ handling day-to-day human resources activities in the plant. You will be supporting organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.

You will be ensuring legal compliance by watching over and implementing applicable human resource requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records.

You will prepare ad-hoc and regularly scheduled Workday queries and reconciles queries with reports from other database; prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating; explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees; support the payroll process; assist with training programs.

What we look for 

Required 

 Bachelor degree in HR or equivalent 

 Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Generalist role, proven experience across workforce planning, performance management, pay review, talent development and employee relations & engagement in a manufacturing organization 

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

 Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process 

 Able to generate simple statistical analyses and reports 

 Proficient in MS office 

 Fluent language skills in English 

Preferred 

 Experience in Workday 

 Familiarity with all human resources functions 

 Manufacturing experience
