Linxon is seeking a Digital Finance Manager to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, practical ability to streamline processes and the ability to prepare comprehensive digital dashboards to our Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team. This role requires SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) expertise.

The Digital Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in the execution of digital Finance ecosystem and in ensuring governance & data quality. The person must be initiative-taking, eager to contribute to the growth of our business and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

• Engage actively in the deployment of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Train the trainer approach - Lead user training sessions
  • Liaise between the different teams: Finance, Project Controls, IT and new ERP
• Ability to design and manage SAC Data Models, including data actions, advanced formulas, allocations, and predictive scenarios.
• Enhance the Finance and Project Controls digital footprint
• Guardian of the master data structures and governance in SAC
  • Create and maintain hierarchies, version management and planning scenario
  • Ensure single‑source-of-truth between SAP S/4HANA & SAC, both actuals + planning
• Develop workflows using the SAC calendar for automated task assignments and approvals
• Introduce self-service analytics for Finance and non-Finance-Users
• Automate manual reporting using SAC, Power Query and API integrations
• Reduce manual work and accelerates the consolidation cycle
• Develop interactive Executive Dashboards, Analytics Stories and Management Packs that support reporting and strategic business decisions.
• Hire and manage one or two Digital Analysts

Experience, Education and other Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA or relevant certification (CFA) is a plus.
• 9-11 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and variance analysis
• Experience in preparing high digital reports for Senior Management.
• Knowledge of SAP S4//HANA is must
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud is must
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and financial modeling.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills, high attention to details and organizational skills.
• Pro-active and Ability to work collaboratively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative-taking and passionate to succeed.
• Resilient and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to travel for business purposes.
• Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across the business whilst embracing cultural differences.
• Strong understanding of SAP BW/4HANA or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud as a data source for SAC planning and reporting.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, including master data workflow, ownership, validation, and change management.
