Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, and leveraging global delivery capabilities, including methods, tools, training, and assets to achieve project goals. You will engage with stakeholders to align project objectives and ensure that security standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Ping Identity. - Strong understanding of identity and access management principles. - Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards. - Ability to analyze and mitigate security risks effectively. - Familiarity with cloud security solutions and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Ping Identity. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
