As a Director – Strategic Accounts, you will increase sales and profits by managing the Company's Strategic Account organization.
In this role you will:
Develop customer strategy for assigned strategic accounts
Coordinate activities with Sales Director for assigned strategic accounts
Coordinate activity with key suppliers
Direct the development of proposals and presentations
Develop key relationships
Identify opportunities at key accounts, and coordinate the Company's development of offering to meet the need
Manage Strategic Accounts staff
What you bring to the table:
5 years progressively responsible sales and marketing/supervisory experience required; 6+ years experience preferred
4 year degree preferred
Knowledge of financial analysis methods and techniques
Experience with continuous improvement techniques and practices
Experience with SAP and Excel
Oral, written, and presentation skills
Organized and detail oriented
Leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise staff and achieve results through others
Ability to think strategically and negotiate effectively
Ability to budget effectively
Extensive travel required
Compensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $150,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible - based on specific and relevant business metrics.
