About the Role

Responsible for providing services to customers relating to areas such as sales, sales promotions, billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints

岗位职责:

  • 负责地方监管政策的解读及实施指导;
  • 拟订并完善分公司消费者权益保护细则,协调各相关部门完善消费者权益保护工作机制;
  • 部署开展分公司消费者金融知识宣传教育与内部培训工作;
  • 组织开展对相关渠道、业务部门消保落实情况的监督、检查与评价工作,并督促整改;
  • 应对当地消保监管检查。 开展监管年度消保评级工作,并根据评级中发现的问题,督促相关业务部门开展整改。
  • 定期开展消保总结,并向消保工作小组进行汇报。
  • 开展年度消保内部考评。
  • 配合内审开展消保专项审计,督促整改发现的问题。
  • 开展分公司层面日常消保审查工作。
  • 其他主管交办的工作和项目。

任职要求:

  • 大学本科及以上
  • 熟知监管消保政策并具有2年金融消保工作经验以上,具有寿险行业经验者优先
  • 出色的规划、沟通、协调和报告能力
  • 富有团队协作精神,执行力强
