Summary: As a Business Analyst, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve analyzing organizational processes and systems. Your typical day will include assessing the current business model, identifying customer requirements, and defining future states or business solutions. You will conduct research, gather data, and synthesize information to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential as you work to align business needs with technological capabilities, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop detailed documentation of business processes and system requirements to ensure clarity and alignment. - Assist in the implementation of solutions by coordinating with cross-functional teams and providing necessary support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Charles River Portfolio Management & Risk Analytics, Charles River Middle Office, Charles River Data and Position Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and present findings. - Experience in creating process maps and documentation to support business analysis efforts. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Charles River Order & Execution Management OEMS Trading. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
