Position Overview:

 

This is an impactful and hands-on leadership role within the Collaboration & Digital Workplace (CDW) organization. You will lead a small team responsible for ensuring synergies, compliance, and services are standardized across our services, while actively managing organizational standards, service delivery, processes, and financial and data governance. Beyond maintaining consistency, you’ll look for opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies—and then execute those improvements. This is not a hands-off role; you’ll be deeply involved in running projects, managing reporting and trends, and ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.

 

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Lead CDW initiatives and drive process, tool, and workflow standardization.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts with clear goals and ongoing coaching.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between CDW leadership and operations.
  • Represent CDW across the company as it relates to services 
  • Track initiative progress and maintain documentation, standards, reporting, and team administrative lists.
  • Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery plans and perform regular risk assessments.
  • Create, update, and enforce SOPs for critical CDW processes.

Qualifications You Must Have:

 

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • 7 years experience managing and developing a highly skilled and motivated teams.

 

 

Qualifications We Prefer

 

  • Prior HR skills managing teams
  • Project Management experience leading or starting initiatives 
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Power BI for reporting 
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
