EMBARK NOW on a deeply rewarding journey as a Support Worker and make a meaningful difference in the lives of CPA's younger client base in our Youth Program.
The CPA Youth Program is part of our broader Home & Community services across the Northern Beaches region. Primarily, these positions include community-based one-on-one support where you'll have the opportunity to directly engage with clients and encourage independence by taking them out into the community.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of youth-specific initiatives; including our School Leavers Employment Support (SLES), Afternoon Club, and Masterclass sessions.
Starting as a casual position, with 20 - 30 hours per week available, CPA encourages progression and there is a pathway to permanent part-time work in the future.
