1. 终端生命周期管理： 全面负责公司笔记本电脑与台式机设备的采购标准制定、资产入库、自动化镜像部署、日常运维、故障维修及报废回收。

2. 标准化与自动化：

a. 使用现代终端管理工具（如 Microsoft Intune, JAMf Pro, SCCM）进行操作系统镜像的统一制作、批量部署、软件分发和策略配置。

b. 编写和维护自动化脚本（如 PowerShell, Bash, Python），实现运维任务的自动化，如软件安装、配置更改、信息收集等。

3. 安全管理与合规：

a. 实施和执行严格的终端安全策略，包括但不限于：全盘加密（BitLocker/FileVault）、杀毒软件管理、漏洞修复、外设管控和安全基线检查。

b. 快速响应安全事件，对受影响的终端进行隔离、排查和修复，确保符合公司安全与合规要求。

4. 高级技术支持与故障排查：

a. 作为三级支持（Tier 3），处理 escalated 的复杂硬件、操作系统及软件兼容性故障。

b. 深入分析系统日志，使用专业工具进行性能诊断和根源分析（RCA）。

c. 编写和维护技术文档、知识库（KB）和运维手册。

5. 技术规划与优化：

a. 持续监控终端设备健康状态，分析运维数据，提出并推动基础设施和流程的优化方案。

b. 评估和测试新的硬件设备、操作系统版本及管理工具，为技术选型和采购决策提供专业建议。

Data Analysis.

1. 计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业本科及以上学历，或具备同等实践经验。

2. 3年以上企业终端运维或桌面系统工程师经验，有管理500台以上设备规模的经验。

3. 精通现代终端管理套件，至少熟练掌握以下一种：Microsoft Intune（首选）, JAMf Pro (macOS), SCCM/MECM。

4. 深入的操作系统知识：对 Windows 10/11 和 macOS 有极其深入的了解，精通其内部原理、组策略、命令行工具和故障排查方法。

5. 扎实的脚本能力：能够使用 PowerShell (Windows) 或 Bash/Python (macOS/Linux) 编写自动化脚本，是必备技能。

6. 坚实的硬件知识：能够快速诊断和定位笔记本电脑/台式机的硬件故障，并与供应商协调解决。

7. 良好的网络基础：理解TCP/IP、DNS、DHCP、VPN等概念，能排查网络相关的终端问题。

8. 出色的解决问题能力、主动性和客户服务意识，具备优秀的文档编写习惯
