The position will perform all monitoring and review activities; establish follow-up reporting systems; and implement process improvement activities relating to Internal Replacement and Clause 6C guidelines of SLOCPI. Through IR monitoring, SLOCPI shall comply with market conduct standards, mitigate sales practices risk, and promote quality sales practices in the agency channel which are supportive of the Most Respected Agency core values.

• College graduate of any course
• At least 3 years’ work experience in any industry that involves any or all of the following:  data extraction, data review and analysis using defined parameters, reports generation. 

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

• Monitoring and review:  Identify and review policies covered by the rules of Internal Replacement.  Compute the compensation adjustments based on the designed formula, and submit to immediate manager for review and approval.
• Communication and reporting:  Send email notices to the affected advisors and monitor response and change in status of the lapsed policies.  Submit the request for compensation adjustment to Agency Compensation – Finance.  Maintain a database of advisors with IR incidents and commission claw backs, and prepare summary reports as needed by the business unit.
• Process improvement:  Collaborate with other business partners for enhancements in the system-generated IR reports (i.e. business requirements, UAT, change requests).  Maintain the procedures manual to ensure that it is current; and regularly review the procedures against changes in company policies and/or external regulations.  Implement agreed changes in the procedures of IR monitoring as required by the business.
