Job Description

Rockwell Automation Finance Campus is acquiring new processes, and as a result, we are looking for new members of our accounting teams in different positions

AS P2P Business Process Analyst you will monitor and provide meaningful insights into spend, types of purchasing channels, efficient usage of preferred solutions and spend optimization.

You will work in hybrid model of work with office in Katowice.

You will report directly to P2P GPO and Indirect Procurement Senior Manager.

Your responsibilities:

• Purchasing Card proactive spend management, control and compliance:
  • Sample audit of transactions especially repetitive ones, eBay purchases, random checks based on sample to detect fraudulent behavior
  • MCC exception management (allowed purchasing categories)
• Low value tail spend control and optimization:
  • Identify opportunities for migration to ARIBA and Purchasing Cards or use of preferred supplier panel
  • Elimination of one-off purchases from NON-PO flow (200-250K + transactions yearly)
  • Elimination of one-off purchases vendor accounts ( 2K + yearly vendor creation )
  • Promote preferred buying channels
• 2/3 Way Match and NO PO NO PAY policy interim control and analysis
  • Exception list management and review
  • Identify opportunities for PO conversion
  • Resolve technical queries
• Purchasing Card program deployment and promotion, evaluation of PO vs NON-PO opportunities
• Cash recovery opportunities identification

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• 2-4 year experience in a Shared Services and international environment is an asset, especially in Accounts Payable / Procurement area,
• Very good command of English in writing and speech,
• Strong analytical and data presentation skills
• "Go do" attitude and good stakeholder management (senior management level)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft programs: Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint, Teams,
• Problem Solving attitude

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Experience or good understanding of AP & P2P process
• University degree (Accounting, Finance, Economics, Procurement or equivalent),
• SAP knowledge
• BI knowledge
• Power Apps/Power Platform knowledge
