Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, applying your knowledge of technologies and methodologies, and ensuring that the software solutions meet the client's needs effectively and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Conducts embedded software engineering activities required to develop competitive products. - Setting up and managing new projects and requirements. - Contribute to the development and management of software requirements based on the system requirements and domain standards. - Conduct Software in the Loop testing and Hardware in the Loop testing. - Organize requirements and create requirement structure using previous experience creating or reading software architecture. - Contribute to the development and implementation of standard executable embedded software which meets the requirements and complies with the state-of-the-art based on domain standards. - Conducting requirement peer reviews between software, hardware, and validation engineers for feasibility, understanding and impact. Professional & Technical Skills: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in model-based development and automatic code generation using either Embedded Coder or Target-Link. - Proficiency in handling software technical requirements. - Software Validation Experience (Software-inthe-Loop, Processor-in-the-Loop, Hardware-inthe-Loop). - Strong understanding of embedded systems and software architecture. - Experience with software optimization for mass production in vehicles. - Knowledge of requirements management, - Strong understanding of embedded systems and software architectures in Automotive domain. - Exposure in using AUTOSAR tools like DaVinci Developer/Configurator or EB Tresos. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and Python. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required
