Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI Developer with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions and RPA processes to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive innovation across the organization. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Development:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models using machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation and integration into existing systems.
  • Optimize and maintain AI models for performance and accuracy while scaling solutions as required.
• RPA Implementation:
  • Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
  • Develop, test, and deploy RPA robots to automate repetitive tasks and workflows using RPA tools - Automation Anywhere.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot RPA processes to ensure maximum uptime and performance efficiency.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on project status, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Educate and train team members and end-users on the use of AI and RPA solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to AI models, RPA processes, and deployment plans.
  • Generate reports on automation impact and AI performance metrics for management review.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and RPA.
  • Recommend enhancements and innovations to improve existing systems and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• One year of Proven experience in AI development (machine learning, deep learning, NLP) and proficiency with relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Java).
•  Minimum 2 years of Hands-on experience with RPA tools - Automation Anywhere.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/RPA services are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI solutions with RPA tools and workflows.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript) and database management (SQL).
• Certifications in AI (e.g., Google AI, Microsoft AI) and RPA (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional) are highly regarded.
