Main Tasks

1. System Ownership & Support

Act as the Transport System Superuser, ensuring effective delivery and support of TMS (Transport Management System) solutions

Provide system expertise, advisory, and troubleshooting support across functions and locations

Maintain TMS master data (customer, drivers, vehicles, rates, fuel adjustments) with high accuracy

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Experience, Transport Operations, Product teams) to ensure system alignment with operational needs

Work closely with external vendors to define and deliver TMS requirements

Build and maintain strong stakeholder engagement across all levels

3. TMS Implementation & Enhancement

Represent business operations during TMS implementation projects in Vietnam

Ensure operational requirements are fully captured and reflected in system design and rollout

Conduct gap analysis, define functional specifications, and contribute to solution design

Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and implementation timelines

Manage system enhancements based on business needs and operational feedback

4. Business & Commercial Support

Support pre-sales activities, RFQ, and solution design for transport systems

Contribute to system demonstrations and high-level solution scoping

Ensure proper and efficient usage of TMS across operations

5. Performance & Continuous Improvement

Drive system stability, error reduction, and process standardization

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and network optimization through system usage

Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through system-driven improvements

6. Training & Culture Development

Identify training needs and deliver system training to users

Promote best practices and standard processes across teams

Drive a high-performance, continuous improvement culture within transport operations

Requirements:

Experience & Background

- 1–2 years of experience in Operations Excellence, Transport Systems, or related fields

- Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams

- Exposure to TMS/transport systems implementation or support is preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Ability to analyze data and generate fact-based insights for decision-making

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguity

- Good project management capability with a proactive, execution-driven mindset

- Strong presentation and communication skills

Language & Personal Attributes

- Good command of English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

- High level of integrity and professional ethics
