THE ROLE:

Xylem ERP Program is our biggest transformation project ever with the plan to migrate all Xylem units from 50 different ERP systems to 1 single instance SAP system.

Working as a project manager, your focus will be to prepare and support the migration to SAP S/4 HANA for Xylem’s manufacturing plants in Europe.

You need significant experience from working in and managing business processes, ie production planning or logistics in a manufacturing plant.

The role reports to EU Regional Process Lead, Plan-To-Make, Xylem ERP Program.

Preferred location is Montecchio, location at other Xylem manufacturing plant in Europe can be possible.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Core Process Team member is responsible for bringing knowledge of process areas relating to manufacturing processes and support ERP Program leadership to complete key activities in the Xylem ERP program.

The role has a focus on manufacturing plants and processes but requires very strong coordination and  strong communication across the processes since migration is done site by site.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Process Definition:

• process design for how to set up global business processes in SAP
• data readiness preparation and cleaning execution
• process flow description for standard processes
• prepare requirements for localization by country, by site
• demo of design before deployment and testing
• data validation and migration planning
• training development
• become a super user and execute training
• change support and communication
• deployment planning and execution, coordinating deployment teams at sites in 4 different waves of deployment
• support after  sustainment activities across Europe.

REQUIREMENTS:

5 – 10 years of experience working with manufacturing business processes (i.e. production planning, material management, quality management or manufacturing execution)

ERP experience is required

Good communication skills

Fluent English

LOCATION: Montecchio Maggiore, Italy as a preferred location; other Xylem manufacturing plant in Europe can be an option.

CONTRACT: Full time, permanent contract
