Who you are:

As a Personal Lines Account Representative with Frost Insurance Agency, you are responsible for servicing all assigned accounts. You will also process documentation on new accounts. In this role, you will work with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications for Producers to review with clients. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do:

  • Review all policies and policy changes received from the insurance carriers for accuracy and completeness and request corrections as needed; advise the senior staff members of any potential problems or discrepancies
  • Bill annual policy premiums and update the agency management system in the correct accounting month to ensure accurate commission accruals
  • Issue certificates of insurance & evidence of coverage as requested by customers
  • Work with Account Managers to issue renewal summaries and applications for Producers to review with clients
  • Research coverage issues, policy problems, cancellation issues, reinstatement issues, billing problems, claims history, and underwriting issues as needed
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What You’ll Need

  • Texas General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty or attainment within 90 days
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Insurance designations such as CISR, ACSR, CRM, CIC
