You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

• Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
• Execute the strategy for the customer
• Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
• Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

What you need to know about this position:

• Comprender el negocio, las necesidades, los desafíos y los objetivos estratégicos del cliente

• Desarrollo de estrategia de food service en canal moderno (global key account/ proximidad/local key account)

• Negociar contratos y acuerdos con cuentas clave, garantizando la rentabilidad y la alineación con los objetivos de la empresa

• Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar programas y promociones dirigidos al canal MT Food Service

• Analizar los datos de ventas y las tendencias del mercado para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento

• stablecer comunicación estratégica con subdirectores de cadenas de Food Service con el fin de optimizar la colocación y el movimiento de productos en el punto de venta
