Job Description


If you are a Sales Coordinator or Technical Sales professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Santiago, Chile location, you will be the key link between our clients, our Customer Service (CSR) team, and our sales strategy. You will be responsible for preparing technical-commercial quotes, analyzing the market, and providing exceptional support to our customers. If you have a background in engineering or refrigeration and are skilled in customer relations and market analysis, we want to hear from you.

AS A SALES COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:

Review purchase orders and their status, coordinating with Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and clients.

Generate quotes for Copeland's Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Electronics products.

Provide technical product information to clients and assist with product selection using Copeland's tools.

Execute and maintain price lists.

Manage general communications to clients, including price increases, changes in commercial conditions, and other company announcements.

Generate Business Intelligence databases.

Conduct market analysis, price positioning studies, and market share analysis by product line.

SCHEDULE: This position follows standard business hours.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or equivalent technical experience in the field.

Experience in a technical sales or customer service/relations role.

Strong understanding of technical sales processes.

Basic knowledge of commercial refrigeration.

Basic to Intermediate English proficiency.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Previous experience in market analysis.

Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements: This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
