AI Solution Delivery Lead

This role will support end‑to‑end delivery of traditional, and AI enabled solutions - combining solution architecture, project execution, product ownership, and quality oversight. Operating across business domains, this role partners closely with technical teams, functional leads, and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are designed effectively, delivered predictably, well‑governed, and widely adopted. As we proceed in our AI journey, this role will be a key contributor in transforming our organization into an AI-driven organization by embedding advanced analytics and agentic AI capabilities into all solutions.
Tasks & Responsibilities include:
1. Act as an product owner for the solutions in your portfolio—defining roadmap, enhancements, documentation, release plans, and user enablement content.
2. Manage solution builds across their lifecycle—including requirements intake, design, backlog definition, development coordination, testing, deployment, and transition to support operations.
3. Serve as the technical lead in project teams of analytics engineers, application developers, master data, and business analysts - to design robust and scalable solutions. Partner with project managers to ensure smooth and consistent delivery execution.
4. Work with data science to integrate advanced analytics techniques such as forecasting, NLP, and sentiment analysis, etc.
5. Identify and implement agentic AI use cases for cross solution workflows and insights leveraging tools like Copilot, Azure AI, Agent Bricks etc.
6. Contributes to AI idea intake and portfolio management, supporting the AI council in identifying high‑impact AI opportunities.
7. Embed data quality controls, validation rules, and monitoring capabilities into all solutions, aligning with data governance and quality frameworks
8. Support solution commercialization and adoption efforts (training, communication, marketing).
9. Ensure post‑go‑live success by coordinating knowledge transfer, support readiness, and operational integration.
