Position Summary

Assist in the management of the Field Force (FF) team consisting sales promoters and brand ambassadors to achieve their targets and handles daily operation/administrative duties.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for motivating and managing the performance (achievements, attitude & conduct) and quality of sales promoters in the assigned retail outlets/stores.
  • Performs regular ground checks and obtain retailers’ feedback on FF personnel deployed, or assigned to store.
  • Identify skill gaps and provide in-field coaching to improve staff performance and efficiency.
  • Effective deployment and allocation of manpower based on specified requirements for full-time and part-time promoters.
  • Planning of monthly work schedule for full-time promoters.
  • Monthly monitoring of sales and expenses of FF effort to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
  • Check and process all FF related invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing.
  • Maintain FF personnel database which includes information like promoter grading, compensation package, training attendance, sales achievement, store deployment monthly basis etc.
  • Maintain, monitor and review Mystery Shopping Program (MSP) result and provide recommendations to improve score.
  • Ensure timely submission of FF data such as monthly sales target, sell out information and compensation for reporting purpose.
  • Prepare weekly FF report and promotion check list for department meeting and FF briefing respectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures

• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors

• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action

• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
