The Workplace Service Delivery Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of workplace services, supporting daily operations, continuous improvement initiatives, and enhancing employee experience across multiple locations. This role requires strong analytical skills, customer orientation, and the ability to collaborate with multicultural teams in both English and Italian.

 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the delivery of workplace services

• Act as a point of contact for local and international stakeholders, ensuring effective communication in English and Italian.

• Analyze occupancy data, space utilization, and user satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support the implementation of regional/global workplace projects, including new technologies and processes.

• Collaborate with IT, security, HR, and external vendors to ensure operational continuity.

• Document procedures, generate reports, and present findings to regional leadership.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English and Italian (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, and collaborative platforms (Teams, SharePoint).

• Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and ability to work in dynamic environments.
