Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach, ensuring that the services provided to clients are continuously improved and aligned with their needs. Roles & Responsibilities: 1.Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications. Provide technical guidance and foster a collaborative team environment. 2. Oversee the design and implementation of frontend architectures using React.js. Ensure adherence to best practices in component-based design, state management, and responsive UI development. 3. Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions with business stakeholders. Gather and analyze requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. 4. Enforce coding standards and best practices within the team. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to security protocols. 5. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal application performance and responsiveness. 6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: Must have skills- React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, RESTful APIs, Redux, React Router. 1. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API. Proficiency in using testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library. 2. Strong debugging skills using browser developer tools. 3. Experience with Git for version control. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. 4. Knowledge of build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, and Vite. 5. Experience with UI component libraries such as Material-UI or Ant Design. 6. Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira and Confluence. 7.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 9.Proven track record of delivering complex projects in a collaborative environment. 10.Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies swiftly. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 year full time education is required.
