Summary: As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration. You will be responsible for scripting, monitoring automation execution, and managing incidents with a focus on service restoration. Additionally, you will act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests, and manage the rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration - Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests - Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation - Ensure efficient deployment, configuration, and management of cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications - Execute cross-technology administration tasks for OS, databases, and virtual networks - Develop and maintain scripting and monitoring automation - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements in cloud operations - Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements - Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud infrastructure management - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies - Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell - Knowledge of virtualization technologies and hypervisors - Familiarity with network protocols and technologies - Experience with monitoring and automation tools - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
