Within our Nordic commercial team we are opening an attractive position as Key Account Manager . 

In this role you will be responsible for:

Implementing Channel Strategy: 

  • Develop clear and achievable customer strategies, objectives, and tactical plans for the Nordic Personal Health business.

  • Develop business, open new doors, based on market and shopper insights.

  • Nurture and develop existing customers within Nordic e-commerce retail landscape.
      

Driving performance: 

  • Ensure that execution of strategies and plans are driving sell-out and profitable growth according to agreed targets.

  • Manage fast paced day-to-day customer interactions as well as building long-term relations.

  • Collaborate efficiently with internal stakeholders to drive and coordinate activities .

You are a part of: 
  

The Nordic Personal Health organization, being one out of seven Key Account Manager, reporting to the channel leader and working in a network of various stakeholders based across the Nordic and Western European countries and functions (Marketing, Trade Shopper, Logistics, Finance). 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • Key Account Management experience from retail (B2B) within consumer products is a must.

  • Capable of translating customer strategies, building relationships and opening doors.

  • Ability to inspire and coach others.

  • Being able to see and understand market dynamics and translate into opportunities.

  • Strategic, mid-term thinking and planning but also operationally driving the daily business.

  • Speaking and writing English and at least one Nordic language at a professional level.
