About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to support the First Clearing channel within Wealth & Investment Management (WIM). This role serves as a dedicated product owner for a highly complex, multi‑product support space, providing hands‑on leadership across strategic initiatives, business continuity efforts, and correspondent firm onboarding.
The role partners closely with senior leaders, product teams, technology partners, and delivery teams to ensure First Clearing priorities are clearly defined, aligned across organizations, and executed with discipline. This position plays a critical role in reducing execution friction, improving coordination, and enabling scalable, compliant, and resilient product solutions across the Independent Solutions organization.
