Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled Java Full-Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level applications supporting critical business functions. This role involves developing backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot, alongside creating responsive front-end interfaces with modern frameworks such as Angular or React. You will collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams to implement scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with organizational standards, innovation goals, and industry best practices.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Extensive experience supporting enterprise Java applications with Java (version 8+) and Spring Boot / Spring MVC (8+ years)

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks: Angular (v10+), React, or Vue.js supporting responsive UI development (4+ years)

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture supporting enterprise solutions

• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB (5+ years)

• Experience with version control tools: Git or Bitbucket

• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps

• Knowledge of cloud deployment support (AWS, Azure, GCP) supporting scalable architectures

Preferred:

• Exposure to containerization tools: Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with API gateway solutions and security standards such as OAuth2, JWT

• Experience supporting secure data transactions and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, GDPR)

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise Java microservices and front-end applications supporting diverse business workflows

• Design scalable APIs and UI components aligned with user experience best practices and security standards

• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to translate requirements and deliver high-quality features

• Conduct code reviews, perform performance tuning, and enforce coding standards

• Support system integration, cloud deployment, and automation of CI/CD pipelines 지원

• Troubleshoot system and application issues, performing root cause analysis and security assessment

• Document architecture, API specifications, system flow, and security controls

• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance system scalability, security, and performance

• Experience working within Agile teams supporting continuous delivery and DevOps pipelines

• Industry experience supporting finance, banking, or regulated environments (preferred)

• Familiarity with cloud native architectures and security practices (preferred)

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop, optimize, and deploy backend microservices and APIs supporting enterprise workflows

• Build responsive front-end applications with Angular, React, or Vue.js supporting high usability and performance

• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders on technical specifications

• Conduct code reviews, performance optimizations, and security assessments

• Support deployment pipelines, cloud migrations, and environment configurations

• Troubleshoot operational issues, security concerns, and system bottlenecks

• Maintain system documentation, architecture diagrams, and API specifications

• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline

• 8+ years of full-stack experience supporting enterprise applications with cloud deployment support

• Industry certifications in cloud solutions, security, or full-stack frameworks (preferred)

• Proven success in delivering secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications supporting complex workflows
