Summary

******* MUST be CONCUR Certified Site Admin to be considered*******

Provide end to end Support of Concur Direct Travel for customer end users/arrangers as well as work with customer travel team on a day-to-day basis.   Support all travel technology tools such as Amex GBT Portal, Amex GBT travel app, Concur travel app etc. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing online tool support for day-to-day travel program requirements or critical issue support.  Function as the key liaison between Concur and the Customer to ensure online program success.  Lead all online special projects and day-to-day requests and basic site programming. These include, but are not limited to: customer concerns and issue resolution.

Successful candidates will effectively demonstrate analytical skills, have solid customer relations skills, time management and be proficient in GDS and Concur Direct online booking tool.  A strong business travel industry knowledge is highly desirable.  

What You'll Do:

  • Admin Site management for Concur Direct online booking tool and profile tool sites globally.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Concur Direct travel changes and initiatives with online fulfillment operations, Online providers, and client technologies teams.
  • Liaise with Concur Direct travel online fulfillment & Concur Direct Support leadership regarding service, client specifics, continuity planning, and upcoming technical changes.
  • Monitor and handle Online Concur Direct Travel approvals Globally.
  • Create and support all initiatives to increase online adoption.
  • Support client in communication of goals and opportunities for Concur Direct online tool including enhancement requests, new functionality testing, agency formatting requirements, and regional capabilities.
  • Maintain relationship with client technical contacts to ensure timely resolution of user issues and through knowledge of SSO applications, Tool integration, and information security standards.
  • Develop and conduct client training sessions regarding Concur Direct Travel tool, self-directed, and in person ZOOM venues as applicable.
  • Report and follow up on user issues and problem reports with Concur Direct online booking tool.
  • Provide assistance to client online users of profile & online booking tool regarding access to tools, second level support services, user questions, and individualized training.
  • Innovate process for file downloads, uploads, and distribution for user additions, changes, and deletions in the online booking tool and profile databases.
  • Lead Concur Direct Travel Online Plan
  • Review all Global Monthly Concur Direct travel release notes.
  • Support all Travel Technology tools such as GBT Portal, Connect Profile, Concur Direct Travel App, GBT Travel app, SSO and HR feed.

  • Thorough knowledge of the Business Travel Industry
  • Knowledge supporting the Concur Direct Travel OBT from front and back end
  • Must be Concur Certified Site Admin
  • Knowledge support CONNECT Portal
  • SABRE GDS experience
  • Technology Support
  • Extensive Customer Service Skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to understand and effectively apply technology via the web or GBT reporting tools

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for an annual Performance Based Incentive, which rewards participants based on company performance, one of our metric-driven Sales Incentive Plans (certain direct sales roles only), or one of our Client Management Incentive Award (CMIA) programs.  An eligible employee can only participate in one of these plans during an eligible period.  For information about our comprehensive US benefits programs and eligibility, please review our Benefits-at-a-Glance document.
