Process and Operational Support

  • Execute recurring administrative and coordination processes — daily, weekly, and monthly — to maintain the smooth running of accounts.

  • Support account plan tracking, billing, contract monitoring, and basic budget or invoice processing.

  • Collaborate with UK and JBS teams to align deliverables and timelines.

Continuous Improvement and Collaboration

  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to refine processes and improve efficiency in account management practices.

  • Work alongside experienced graduates and Program leads to learn best practices in client servicing and coordination.

  • Demonstrate initiative by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting formats, communication flows, and organisational methods.

  • Experience with project management and reporting tools (MS Planner, MS Excel) preferred.

  • Competence in maintaining trackers and structured documentation.

  • Soft Skills – Critical for Success.

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with relationship leads and client stakeholders.

  • Confidence to challenge processes constructively and propose more efficient ways of working.

  • Strong sense of ownership over deliverables and account-related outcomes.

  • Clear, professional communication with the ability to balance multiple priorities across accounts.
