Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Surgical Outcomes and Digital Innovation/Enablement to join our MedTech Surgery business located at our Raritan, NJ site or Santa Clara, CA site.

ROLE PURPOSE
This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of surgical innovation, commercial transformation, and digital enablement. You will help shape the innovation agenda and scale outcomes-based selling, digitally enabled tools, and customer-facing digital solutions globally—directly influencing field behavior, customer engagement, and the future of MedTech Surgery.
This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Digital Innovation & Digital Enablement
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager, Surgical Outcomes & Digital Innovation/Enablement drives outcomes-based commercial execution and digital enablement across regions, translating strategy into scalable field adoption and customer impact.
This role leads downstream execution of the Surgical Outcomes strategy, including playbook dissemination, regional activation, and education efforts that embed DISH and outcomes-first thinking into commercial practice.
In parallel, the role advances digital innovation and enablement by supporting customer pilots, generating strategic insights, defining success metrics, and prioritizing digital tools that improve adoption, execution, and engagement across the business.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000.00 - $177,100.00
For Bay Area:
$118,000.00 - $203,550.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
