THE WORK: 

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.

The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices managing purchase and non purchase orders.

It refers to:

• Active participation in calls with different shareholders, in English and Spanish
• Verifying correctness of the posted accounting entries
• Preparing reports according to process documentation and within agreed timelines
• Analyzing aged open entries and establish strategy of their closing
• Maintaining permanent contact with the client via e mail and calls
• Conducting knowledge transfer activities and training of newly hired employees
• Actively taking part in initiatives focused on improvement of the efficiency of the existing processes

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• Fluent English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Diligence, proactiveness, and attention to details.
• Great communication skills.
• MS Office skills including MS Excel.
• Previous experience with Oracle is nice to have.
• Prior accounting experience is nice to have.
