As part of Autodesk’s team, this internship role may have the opportunity to contribute to project(s) supporting Autodesk’s partnership as the Official Design and Make Platform of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Team USA.
Position Overview
Autodesk is seeking a Strategy Intern to support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives focused on brand and industry engagement in projects that may support Autodesk’s partnership as the Official Design and Make Platform of the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This role will work closely with Autodesk’s Product Development & Manufacturing Solutions (PDMS) Strategy, Marketing, Brand, and Industry teams to develop executive-ready insights across key product development & manufacturing segments.
This internship is ideal for graduate students pursuing careers in strategy, consulting, corporate development, brand, or analytics within technology-driven and industrial contexts.
Responsibilities
Support the planning, measurement, and analysis of brand impact across priority Manufacturing segments including Consumer Products, Mobility, and Building Products & Fabrication.
Help define and track segment-level KPIs for brand awareness, consideration, and preference, in partnership with Brand, Industry, and Analytics teams.
Produce executive-ready scorecards and briefs summarizing brand reach, engagement, customer sentiment, and partnership opportunities by industry segment.
Identify, evaluate, and synthesize top-performing industry stories, narratives, and cross-industry convergence themes.
Assist in planning engagements with manufacturing leaders, partners, and executives, aligned to segment-specific objectives.
Support linking industry engagements to downstream business outcomes, including pipeline development, partner activity, and account engagement.
Present a capstone deliverable quantifying and informing Autodesk’s future partnership and brand investment strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a graduate program (MBA, MS, MEng, MPP, or related field) with a focus on business strategy, analytics, operations, or a STEM-adjacent discipline.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
Ability to distill complex qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear, actionable insights with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive-facing materials.
Proficiency in presentation and analysis tools (Excel, Airtable, PPT, Confluence).
Proficiency in automation tools (Copilot, Chatbots, GenAI, NCDPs, LLMs).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in brand, marketing or business operations.
Comfort with ambiguity and interest in global partnerships and brand strategy.
Exposure to manufacturing, industrial technology, or B2B software environments.
Background as an elite or professional athlete, or experience working with elite or Olympic-level athletes, is a plus!
About the US Internship Program
The 2026 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 18 – August 7 or June 15 – September 4). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development.
