Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master with a minimum of 9 years of experience to lead client-facing projects with precision, agility, and strategic foresight. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and fostering high-performing, cross-functional teams. This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks to deliver business value effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead Agile project delivery for client engagements, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos. • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog. • Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams, promoting continuous improvement and Agile best practices. • Identify and resolve impediments, manage risks, and address dependencies across teams. • Ensure transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders. • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and project health metrics. • Drive alignment between business goals and technical execution. • Manage client expectations and build strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Professional & Technical Skills: • Minimum 9 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in Agile/Scrum environments. • Proven experience managing client-facing projects across diverse domains. • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project lifecycle management. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification preferred. • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 9 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 year full time education is required.
