Event Specialist (Marketing Events) – RX Korea / Reed Exhibitions

RX Korea is looking for an Event Specialist to join our dynamic team, leading the planning and execution of high-impact marketing events that connect industries and drive business growth.

🔹 주요 업무 내용 (Key Responsibilities)

• 마케팅 이벤트 총괄 운영
• 국제 콘퍼런스, 무역 박람회, 컨벤션, 세일즈 미팅 등 다양한 B2B/B2C 마케팅 이벤트를 내부/외부 고객을 대상으로 기획하고 개발하며, 현장 운영까지 전반을 리드합니다.
• 참가자 및 벤더 관리
• 고객 초청, 사전 및 현장 등록, 행사 종료 후 피드백 수집 및 평가 분석 업무를 조율하며, 행사 장소 및 벤더(케이터링, 기술 지원 등)를 리서치·선정·협상·조정합니다.
• 예산 수립 및 리포트 작성
• 행사 예산을 수립하고 예측하며, 총 비용, 접점당 비용(CPC), 참가자 프로필, 의견 요약 등 주요 지표를 분석하여 보고합니다.
• 행사 기획 및 실행 주도
• 전시자/방문객 모집, 마케팅 전략 수립, 프로그램 기획, 현장 제작, 오퍼레이션까지 전 과정을 담당하며, 수익성과 운영 목표 달성에 기여합니다.

🔹 자격 요건 (Qualifications)

• 이벤트/마케팅/전시 기획 관련 유관 경력 2년 이상
• 국제 콘퍼런스 운영 경험
• 프로젝트 관리 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 영어 및 한국어 커뮤니케이션 능력 (글/말)
• 다양한 이해관계자와의 협업 경험
• 데이터 기반 리포트 작성 및 예산관리 경험 우대
