Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Supervisor, Business Process Operations to join our Business Process Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale customer accounts and overseeing complex digitization operations at both customer sites and Iron Mountain facilities. You will serve as the essential link between our Key Account Managers and the Ground Delivery Team to ensure high-quality results and strict adherence to project timelines.
In this role, you will:
Manage and optimize digitization projects by supervising a team of 50–100 members, defining Key Result Areas, and executing Proof of Concepts to ensure project goals and budgets are met.
Collaborate as a strategic bridge between Key Account Managers and Ground Delivery Teams to align on Standard Operating Procedures and deliver high-standard results for large-scale judiciary projects.
Ensure operational excellence and compliance by implementing automation for repetitive tasks and maintaining organizational standards across production scanners and server handling.
The ideal candidate will have:
5–7 years of experience in business process operations, specifically managing large-scale teams and digitization workflows.
Strong knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS), production scanners, and automation tools to reduce manual intervention and improve productivity.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and workflow optimization, with the technical proficiency to manage Management Information System (MIS) reporting and data tools.
A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations is preferred.
