As a Salesforce Delivery Lead, you will:

  • Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, architecting, designing, delivering and deploying leading Salesforce-based solutions to our Comms, Media and Hi-Tech industries clients

  • Develop your leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments

  • Support pre-sales activities including shaping and presenting solutions, and defining delivery approach, plan, staffing and estimates

  • Manage project stakeholders, resources, financials, risks and issues.

  • Leading the development of offerings specific to the Comms, Media and Hi-Tech industry, in collaboration with Salesforce and ISV partners

  • Develop further skills in Salesforce, solutions, delivery and sales management, through hands-on experience and training.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Direct client-facing Salesforce consulting experience within Comms, Media and Hi-Tech industries.

  • Proven hands-on experience managing scaled delivery of integrated Salesforce through multiple project lifecycles

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships

  • Demonstrates leadership and management abilities, with a customer-oriented approach

  • Ability to engage with clients at all levels in a business-centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue

  • Proven experience in managing and fostering a team-oriented environment, with a passion for mentoring and developing Salesforce practitioners

Set yourself apart:

  • Comms, Media and Hi-Tech industry-specific knowledge and experience leveraging Salesforce and ecosystem industry solutions

  • Pre-sales solution planning experience (including solution shaping, delivery estimation and planning)

  • Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, experience and network

  • Evidence of bringing emerging solutions and innovations – such as GenAI – to deliver value for clients

  • Evidence of working in an agile manner applying leading methods and techniques such as Design Thinking.

  • Active Salesforce community participation and contributions.
