Responsibilities:

  • 有扎实的美术基础:能较好理解结构,光线,色彩等;
  • 熟悉常用美术工具:如Houdini or Blender, 3dMax or MayaSubstance等;
  • 熟悉脚本语言:Python, Vex最少一项,有插件工具开发经验;
  • 熟悉Shader语言:Cg, GLSL,HLSL最少一项;
  • 熟悉常用的渲染算法,计算机图形学;
  • 熟悉C#C++程序开发语言;
  • 熟练掌握Unreal引擎;
  • 熟练掌握Profiling工具:GPAAdreno Profiler, RenderDoc, Debugger最少一 项;
  • 精通游戏中角色的美术制作流程,精通角色皮肤,毛发,布料等渲染技术;
  • 优秀的团队沟通及合作能力,能够适应新的创造性挑战,乐于助人并乐于分享;
  • Strong artistic background, good understanding of struct, color and light;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, High-level familiarity with DCC tools (Houdini or Blender, 3Dmax or Maya, Substance etc.);
  • Intermediate programming experience with scripting languages (Python, Vex etc.) and plug-in tools development;
  • Intermediate programming experience with Shader languages (CG, HLSL, GLSL etc.);
  • Experience in C++ or related languages is a plus; High-level familiarity with Unreal Engine;
  • High-level familiarity with profiling debugger tools ( GPA, Adreno Profiler, RenderDoc) at least one of them;
  • High-level familiarity with the art production process of game characters, especially has strong understanding of rendering of skin, hair, cloth, etc;
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skillsthe ability to adapt to new creative challenges, helpful and willing to share;

Requirements:

  • Work with art team and engine team to design rendering solutions, write shaders, and achieve artistic effects;
  • Design art resource specifications to ensure that the project's art assets are executed in accordance with the specifications;
  • Profiling game performance and designing optimization solutions;
  • Work with art team and engine team to solve various bugs during project development;
  • Discover problems in the art pipeline and develop tools to improve the efficiency of art workflow;
  • Work with art team and engine team to develop new tools and new features for game engines, develop sample projects, and promote and apply technology;
