Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:•Collaborates with audit team to determine analysis requirements, acquire data and develop analytics solutions for assigned audits and advisory assignments
• Develops ad-hoc analytics, management information and continuous monitoring solutions
• Maintains a proactive and logical approach to information gathering, combining complex ideas and presents information clearly and effectively
• Should be a self-starter and proficient multi-tasker with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to use data analytic tools (e.g., SQL, Python) to analyze data and obtain actionable insights.
• Develop visualizations to support audit activities (e.g., risk assessment, summarization of findings) using visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau
• Assists with GAA transformation efforts to identify efficiencies in TU’s existing audit procedures
• Partners with functional leadership and their staff in developing strong, professional and independent relationships to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business and data sources to enable value added recommendations that improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Assists with execution of other tasks or special projects when required

What You'll Bring:

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience:•Major in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or Data Analytics, preferred • Three or more years of experience in audit data analytics services (preferably in internal audit or with Big four consulting firms), is required • Prior experience in leading data-driven audit procedures, use of analytics software, developing data analytics solutions, and/or creating data visualization presentation is highly preferred • Experience in various areas of an organization with a good understanding of basic business processes (e.g., any of the following would be preferred: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Internal Audit, IT, Operations, Finance/Accounting, Marketing) • Must possess the highest professional and personal standards and business ethics. • Must possess excellent communication skills both written and oral, and the ability to build effective partnerships across the organization at all levels • Experience in the following areas, preferred: Business Intelligence and Data Visualization

Impact You'll Make:

The Global Audit & Advisory Data Analytics Senior role is responsible for leading, planning, and executing critical projects across business units, key functions, and processes in areas related to the following: Internal Audit, Compliance, Business Process Reviews, Risk Assessments, etc. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven-track record of advancement and possess the ability to develop and maintain business relationships and the ability to provide pragmatic recommendations that add value to the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities is also required. This position will report directly to the Global Audit & Advisory (GAA) Director located in UK and will work closely with other GAA Colleagues on key data analytics projects. This “hands on” role also has high visibility to senior management at the different locations as needed and represents the GAA function in various company related activities.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
