This Marketing Analytics role is responsible for delivering high-quality insights for a US banking client. The role requires advanced analytical skills, strong experience in SQL and Tableau, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. The analyst will manage cohort and funnel analyses, automate dashboards and reporting workflows, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Data Engineering teams. This role does not involve predictive model building.
What are we looking for? • Marketing analytics experience (acquisition, lifecycle, ROI tracking)
• Cohort analysis and experimentation (A/B testing): Intermediate
• Data storytelling and visualization
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Data Engineering
• SQL: Advanced proficiency, including window functions
• Tableau: Advanced dashboard development, automation, and production-level deployment
• Automation: Experience automating dashboards and reports
• Data Validation & QA: Intermediate level
• R or Python: Intermediate analytical capability (not actively tested)
• Amplitude: Basic familiarity
• GitLab/GitHub: Basic–intermediate knowledge of version control and merge requests
• Familiarity with acquisition P&Ls and cost-per-acquisition concepts is useful but not required
• Strong attention to detail, analytical judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities
Roles and Responsibilities: • Perform detailed user, cohort, and lifecycle analyses to support acquisition and retention strategies
• Conduct application funnel diagnostics, identifying drop-off points and evaluating performance across channels and user segments
• Analyze campaign performance across acquisition channels (e.g., Google, Meta), ensuring accurate tagging and attribution
• Support A/B test and experimentation frameworks, including test design reviews, metric readiness checks, and result interpretation
• Provide timely insights on channel efficiency, user behavior, and overall marketing performance
• Build, enhance, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards for marketing leadership teams
• Automate recurring reports and dashboards, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reliable production deployment
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and measurement strategies
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, dashboards, and written documentation
• Deliver structured, insight-driven presentations that highlight key trends, opportunities, and recommendations
• Develop visual narratives that improve understanding of user behavior, channel performance, and funnel dynamics
