As Operations Technician I, II, or III, you will support pipeline and facility operations by safely operating, inspecting, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment. This is a progressive, multi-level role where scope, independence, and technical complexity increase by level. Success in this role requires a strong commitment to safety, compliance, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Education & Experience
Required (All Levels):
Level-Specific Experience (commensurate with level):
Operations Technician I:
Associate’s degree or two-year technical degree preferred
Minimum six (6) months of mechanical, technical, or controls systems experience in oil & gas or a related internship with an Associate’s degree
Operations Technician II:
Minimum two (2) years of related experience, including at least one (1) year as a technician in the oil & gas industry
Associate’s degree or two-year technical degree preferred
Operations Technician III:
Minimum three (3) years of demonstrated experience as an operations technician or similar role
Associate’s degree or two-year technical degree plus two (2) or more years of multifaceted oil & gas operations experience
