We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to support our growing sales team in JAPAC [Japan, Singapore, and Australia] to join our dynamic team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and brilliant business folks. As a member of a newer global team responsible for the continued success of our growing Sales team, you’ll serve as the enablement partner to our sales executives, managers and the team to scale the ongoing enablement and reinforcement that is needed every day. Key skills we are building and reinforcing include deal qualification, discovery, value realization and scaling enablement.

This is a full-time role that will be based in our Singapore Hub.

  • Show considerable product expertise to both learn and share using Figma and FigJam.
  • Partner closely with our Global Sales Enablement and Sales Leadership team to design, build and execute ongoing enablement programs for the JAPAC Sales Team.
  • Build with a team that is responsible for:
    • Diagnosing what obstacles our teams are facing in selling Figma products and making customers successful
    • Building repeatable sales motions, processes and playbooks that make us more effective as a team
    • Producing, curating and maintaining content to support our sales motions and playbooks including regionalisation and cultural nuance
    • Program managing our ongoing sales trainings and sales programming (enablement calls, all hands, etc.) and owning our enablement calendar globally
    • Facilitating successful training sessions and sales programming
    • Measuring the effectiveness of our selling motions in order to change and optimize our efforts
    • You will continuously provide regional insights, adapt learnings and building coaching programs.
Some projects you could work on:
  • Have a seat at the table with JAPAC Sales Leadership team to help us think through how our selling motions should evolve in region as our platform and user base grows
  • Ongoing evolution of Figma’s Value Selling methodology
  • Activating the field on new product launches

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • The view that enablement is a function that creates inclusivity for all new reps and is a strategic element of scaling a hyper growth business
  • Strong leader as you will collaborate with many different stakeholders AND will have to think strategically on how to scale any new initiative by leveraging existing programs from HQ to roll out in region
  • Enthusiasm for helping sellers build deep customer relationships by continually delivering value
  • Experience in sales methodologies such as Command of the Message and MEDDICC
  • A desire to lead from the front and demonstrate how to effectively build customer relationships and deliver results
  • Creative and positive mindset with deep level of care in helping others succeed
