What are we looking for?

SentinelOne is seeking a Field Marketing Manager who will work closely with regional sales teams to develop and execute local marketing plans that drive quota attainment goals for each of the regions. The Field & Partner Marketing Manager plays an active role for the area sales team ensuring they are benefiting from global marketing programs as well as executing regional programs to ensure success across all countries within this region - Italy, Spain and Israel..  

What will you do? 

  • Deliver marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty for the EMEA Sales Teams. These integrated marketing programs may include:
    • New logo acquisition focused on global 2000 accounts using global thematics with regional execution, leveraging events, brand programs, social media and webinars, and partner ecosystem. Deep understanding of the competitors and drive and optimize outbound campaigns with SDRs.
    • Drive customer expansion via cross-sell and upsell in our enterprise accounts working closely with sales and customer success leveraging user events, advisory events, customer roadshows and seminars showcasing customer success;  
    • ABM & C-level campaigns: Programs to create/accelerate opportunities with our partners and referenceable customers. Provide insights into new customer case studies and references to help advance deals and create new content.
    • Partner Ecosystem, Cloud Service Providers and Alliances Marketing programs: build partner co-marketing programs into regional marketing plans focusing on strategic and local partners
  • Align with Sales VPs and Regional Directors to understand the market and competitive trends in the region, and customize programs as needed
  • Communicate regional and vertical trends to HQ to modify overall strategy, messaging, content
  • Identify other programs or processes to enable customer success and support account expansion/cross-sell/upsell
  • Track program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics via SFDC and present to regional AVP and marketing team
  • Manage and balance regional field marketing budget and spend

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience creating/managing field and virtual events, account-based marketing, and partner ecosystem
  • Passion for monitoring and reporting on key metrics and pivoting marketing plans based on results
  • Passion for working with sales people to generate pipeline and drive the business. Ability to influence others cross functionally
  •  Experience developing regional plans to support account-based marketing
  •  Proven success in executing programs that drive demand, acceleration and return
  •  Comfortable with day-to-day execution and longer-term planning
  •  Willing to travel 30% of the time
  • Fluent Italian and English required, other language skills a bonus
